Tiki Traditions
Stowaway
Pineapple and guava set the sails, while Rum Bar Jamaican Blend steers you into the heart of the storm with its bold flavor. A hint of St. George's absinthe is like a foghorn in the mist, guiding you through uncharted waters, with a sharp lemon zest as your compass. Garnished with a mint sprig standing tall like a mast, a lemon wedge on the horizon, and a cocktail umbrella to mark your journey, this drink is for those who chart their own course.
Suffering Bastard
Invented for suffering bastards, by suffering bastards, this is one bastard of a cocktail, and an incredibly potent hangover cure to boot. Courvassier VSOP , Hendricks Gin, Fresh lime juice, angostura and Liquid alchemist ginger Beer

Dark Daquiri

Monkey pox
Too soon?
If you’re ever in the mood for a cocktail that will transport you to a tropical oasis, our Owner Jeremy invented this one for you! The beautifully balanced mix of creamy coconut, Pineapple juice, Fresh squeezed Lime, bananna Liquor, and Hamilton rum bring the beach to your glass.
Saturn
Our take on a classic, the original Saturn was invented in 1967 by Filipino bartender Joseph “Po Po” Galsini at the World Cocktail Competition. Despite this Tiki cocktail starting with gin, it is very much in the category thanks to the inclusion of sweet-tart passion fruit syrup and the rich, nutty flavors of falernum and orgeat.
Chief Lapu Lapu
This fiercely delicious cocktail mixes Hamilton black and West indies rums, orange juice, lime juice, passion fruit puree, and simple syrup. Named for the Filipino tribal chief who took out Magellan this deceptively smooth concoction might just be the end of you!
Dark Daquiri
Hamilton West Indies Rum takes center stage, nuanced by an absinthe rinse from St. George's. A daiquiri that flirts with the dark side.
Mai Tai
This is a classic Mai Tai but with the flavor cranked up to 11! Our version features Hamilton Pot still black rum, Artisan Orgeat from Liquid Alchemist and our house made demerara syrup and orange bitters, accented with fresh lime juice and topped with mint
Sharks tooth
A Don the Beachcomber classic, the Shark’s Tooth is a fruit punch sour of sorts with a base of Hamilton Black and West Indies rums, the essential Tiki juices—lime and pineapple—and a dose of grenadine to tie it all together.
Forbidden Fruit
Crafted by our own Jeremy, the 'Forbidden Fruit' is a tiki treasure. A lavish blend of Hamilton West Indies Rum and Campari, enriched with dark cassis and a hint of lemon. Its rich red-purple hue, effervescent sparkle, and vibrant skull-garnished blackberry make each sip an adventure in a glass.
Jungle bird
This half-century-old tiki drink brings together an unexpected combination of Hamilton rum, pineapple Juice, and Campari. The herbal, bittersweet backbone paired with a blend of exquisite rums, and fresh juice, give the jungle bird all of the right notes: sweet, bitter, tart, sour, and fruity.
